This is the main Niichaz HQ from Stalker 2 2011. This is a very nice looking building in terms of Stalker, usually the buildings are falling apart and worn out. The image below is Stalker 2. This shows a nice building with a radar dome on top. This might be a technical building used by Niichaz to monitor the zone and possibly keep track of emissions?

After the start of the special operation in Ukraine , work on the game was stopped , moving the premiere to 2023. The developers guaranteed that they would release the game before the end of the year, and even allowed pre-orders , but, apparently, they did not have time. On August 24, 2023, it became known that the second part of "Stalker" was again postponed, this time to the first quarter of 2024. I eagerly await the release of Stalker 2. This will be truly an amazing open-world game on par with Fallout 4.
