Just using Windows 2003, and the sound in Flash does not work and then the sound drivers for the Realtek HD hardware suddenly stopped working. Back to Linux then, and everything works properly as it should without suddenly failing. I should maybe install Windows 7, but I wanted something else. I have fixed it now, and it is working. I went to the town library today to return some things and the computer I mentioned that was BSOD’ed is still broken. The poor thing has a `out of order` sign in front of it. They do not seem to care, Windows is so susceptible to hardware or software problems it is not funny, I am only using Windows to play games, I use Linux for everything else, although Unreal Tournament 2003 and 2004 are available on Linux, not to forget Darkplaces Quake. Windows 2003 is more secure and stable than Windows XP though, I had a malware program try to run on my system and the DEP protection caught it in it’s tracks. Very good indeed.

Canonical are planning to axe Xorg and replace it with the Wayland system instead, providing the basis of a new and revamped Ubuntu release past 11.04. Is this the basis for the Ubuntu desktop with a Ubuntu Browser and Ubuntu office? I hope they can get this stable and reliable, or it will fail.
