I was getting the read time-out error on Me TV on Ubuntu 16.04 and this is how I fixed it. Just run the application with this command line.
~$ me-tv --read-timeout 60 |
This fixed the error. My ASUS My Cinema-U3100Mini Plus V2 device is now working and I am happy again. So try this if you have the same problem, increasing the timeout value is the way to give the program more time to get the hardware tuned and working.
Can anyone tell me on how to run headless Linux on amlogic S905 devices in K1 plus?
