The NSA contractor, Frontier has suffered a software leak. About 4 gigabytes of expensive software has been leaked to the Internet. This in a torrent that was posted on The Pirate Bay before it was obviously taken down is a legitimate torrent that exposes expensive software to the world. This is an expensive leak for the supposedly secure contractor. This on the tails of the defence contractor Britam that had their e-mails and images leaked on a torrent website. This is scary, the software is for Windows and Linux and is advanced data processing software for advanced computing. This is very embarrassing and shows the need for greater security when storing software on a computer that is facing the Internet. There was a leaked database that was accidentally left open and someone accessed it and frantically downloaded all of the software before the hole was plugged. Why would someone leave this open and have such a massive breach in security? This might be a trap to get users to download software that takes control of their computers and creates a botnet like the Skynet system in Terminator 3. But I have looked at the software on a Windows 2012 machine and it is legitimate. So if you can find it; be extremely wary of installing and running the software. It is not yours.
